    Sure. In fact with the above guide any one with proper tools and right knowledge and some spare time and interest should be able to do the modification.

    Hi Bro @Sherman.. great thread..
    I have been looking for a way to mod my ATI sunpower dimmable 8x54w to add 2 hydra 52 hd in it forever.. your thread has given me some sort of basic idea for this task however will be really great if you have some inputs for me as I am really a nob when it comes to DIY projects.. wish I could take it to a shop for someone to do it for me but I live in Vietnam and none of the lfs here have a clue about anything ..

    Just remove enough T5 tubes from the centre of your 8 tubes for your hydra 52.
    I no sure you need to remove 2 or 4 tubes.
